This is a colorful robot statue … or Bobot, as I like to call her … made out of an old vintage plastic baby rattle and some hand painted repurposed wood pieces. The base and the body are made from old baluster parts that I handpainted. Her arms are a piece of cord dyed with yellow acrylic paint. The bouquet is three tiny silk flowers from an old crushed hat which are also dyed and painted. BTW: The rattle still has its inside parts and rattles like never before! The Susie Sunflower measures about 6-1/4” tall and the base is about 4-1/4” in diameter. One-of-a-kind and truly special, she would make a great gift. It is unique. Made in America by hand.
