1: ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Domestic USA orders are taken through this website using the shopping cart OR via email OR phone call. All orders must be pre-paid using one of our payment options:
Paypal online OR major credit cards via the telephone during business hours.
2: SHIPPING
Items are shipped, postage/freight pre-paid, from Los Gatos CA 95030
We ship USPS mail, unless otherwise noted.
3: PRIVACY
We will only use your personal or credit information, shipping and billing address and contact information:
1. To communicate with you about your order
2. To fulfill your order
3. For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
4. We do not keep your credit card information after the sale is completed.
4: RETURNS
We accept returns if we made a mistake or the product is not as listed. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Buyers must contact us within 7 days and ship the items back within 14 days. We will refund your purchase price for the items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5. International Orders
and Payment
International orders (orders for shipment to or payment from outside of the USA) are not taken through this website. Please contact us via email with your shopping items and your shipping address. All orders must be pre-paid using Paypal online after you have received an invoice.
